Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling is charged 10% of your total order value for QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT

Shipping and Handling is charged 15% of your total order value for NT, WA, SA,

Orders will be dispatched in October and must be paid in full before dispatched 

Returns Policy

 

It is imperative that when you receive your Christmas order all stock is checked at your earliest convenience.

Some of our Christmas items are rustic in design and many of our items are one off hand made pieces so can differ from piece to piece.  Please check each individual item upon receiving, in the event there is a concern with any of your Christmas items please contact hello@amerrylittlechristmas.com.au strictly within 7 days of receiving your goods.

We will not be accepting any claims outside of this time unless it’s a faulty claim from a customer under the 12 month warranty.

There will be a note to remind you to please check your Christmas order on the outside of the box and it will also be reminded to you again in your invoice for payment.

Our warehouse will be doing quality control checks, packing securely and doing absolutely everything in their power to ensure your order is 100% correct and free of faulty.

We appreciate your diligence and co-operation on this matter to make receiving and rectifying any Christmas issues as quickly as possible. 


12 Month Guarantee
If your product proves to be defective within a 12 month period, you are welcome to either exchange it or receive a full refund. Please email hello@amerrylittlechristmas.com.au for instructions.
